Pancake Day

Get your eggs, flour, milk and lemons ready because today is Pancake Day! Also known as Shrove Tuesday, this festival marks the last day before Lent where people traditionally give something up until Easter.

Yummy Pancakes

Today is Shrove Tuesday,  the day for pancakes. Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent. Pancakes are eaten to use up all those ingredients that traditionally we give up for Lent.
