Russian cake art

by

For many of us, any attempt to decorate the Christmas cake usually invloves plain white icing, a sprig of holly quickly plucked from the hedge by the main road outside, and a one-legged robin that has been handed down over generations.

Well, if you dream of doing something a bit more adventurous this year, take inspiration from these works of art produced at a bakery in St Petersburg.
